From east area – From Seletar Expressway (SLE), take Exit 3 onto Lentor Ave. Continue on Lentor Ave and turn left at Yishun Ave 1 and stay slight left at Mandai Ave. Turn right at Sembawang Road and turn left at Sembawang Place.

From west area – From Bukit Timah Expressway (BKE), take Exit 7 to Mandai Road. Continue on to Mandai Ave and turn left onto Sembawang Road. Turn left at Sembawang Road to Sembawang Place.
